The Space:
This lovely second floor unit offers two bedrooms with one queen bed in the master bedroom with ocean views and two twin beds in the second bedroom. The main bedroom has a full bathroom with a beautiful tiled shower. The hallway bathroom also offers a tiled shower. The living area of the condo has a sofa and two chairs perfect for looking out at the ocean. Enjoy the sea breeze on the balcony with two Adirondack chairs. Large flat screen TV in the living room area that offers Roku streaming services. Hallway closet has a stacked washer and dryer. The kitchen is well equipped with a flat top range, garbage disposal, dishwasher and cooking items.
Parking available for one vehicle only.

Guest Access:
Guests will pick up and return key(s) to the rental office. The gate code is #2002

63rd Ave in Cherry Grove at Ocean View Villas. The renter agrees to Hold Eagle Beach Rentals' employees and unit owners harmless for any accident, damage, or lost/stolen items that may occur during renter occupancy. The renter further agrees to comply with the resort's conditions, regulation and rules. Renters must be 25 years of age to book our properties.
This is a non-smoking property and all guest rooms are non-smoking. Smoking in the rooms will result in a cleaning fee of $250.00 USD
