This condo features 2 bedrooms and 2 baths with an open deck with a view of the lake. You must be at least 25 yrs of age to rent our properties. No pets or smoking allowed. Motorcycles, Trailers, RV's Not allowed on property.

The Neighborhood:

This is a gated golf community with 24 hour security. No house parties allowed and a 10 pm noise ordinance in the community. No pets for renters. No smoking allowed. No motorcycles, trailers or RV'S permitted on property.



Getting Around:

Vehicles continue to be the primary form of transportation in North Myrtle Beach, but a guest could use Uber-Lyft or Taxi.

The renter agrees to Hold Eagle Beach Rentals' employees and unit owners harmless for any accident, damage, or lost/stolen items that may occur during renter occupancy. The renter further agrees to comply with the resort's conditions, regulation and rules.

This is a non-smoking property and all guest rooms are non-smoking. Smoking in the rooms will result in a cleaning fee of $250.00 USD
