A short walk over the dunes and your feet are in the sand! Being on the very edge of Windy Hill Beach gets a little less crowded than the high rise areas.

Windy Shores is a raised 4-story building with limited perimeter parking underneath, but a large parking lot for overflow vehicles is just a block away from the complex. The condo (#106) is considered first floor WITH an easy one-level-up elevator access. Charcoal grills for cooking out. There is a garage level storage locker for your beach supplies and plenty of lounge chairs around the pool area to catch some rays.

This condo has been tastefully remodeled with new vinyl plank flooring throughout (NO carpet), new kitchen cabinets, new stone countertops/tile backsplash, new appliances, all of the useful kitchen essentials; even a stacked washer/dryer inside the unit. Enjoy the new 55 inch smart TV in the family room, cable and FREE WiFi is included. The ocean front balcony offers sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean and overlooks the outdoor swimming pool. The condo offers coastal cool vibes. There is a new King bed in the super spacious main bedroom. Plenty of room with two FULL beds in the guest room, to sleep 4 more. There are two nicely updated bathrooms.
