Windy Village Oceanfront ... Syksyn ja talven päivämäärät käytettävissä

Tämä mukava matala 2 makuuhuoneen 2 kylpyhuonetta toisen kerroksen merenrantapaikalla sijaitseva yksikkö sijaitsee rauhallisessa, perhekeskeisessä Windy Hill -osassa North Myrtle Beachissä, suoraan tämän ympärivuotisen lomakeskuksen kauniilla rannalla, vain askeleen päässä mereltä. Siellä on paljon nauttia kaikkina vuodenaikoina.

Talvella 2008 rakennus oli sivuilla uusilla vinyyliraiteilla, ikkunaluukut ja uudet kaiteet parvekkeilla. Kaikki uudet ikkunat asennettiin myös. Olemme toisessa kerroksessa, ja tässä rakennuksessa ei ole hissiä. Tämä kompleksi ei ole hotelli, ja kaikki yksiköt ovat yksityisten omistajien yksityisomistuksessa.

Huhtikuussa 2014 meille oli asennettu uusia turhuuksia molemmissa kylpyhuoneissa. Kuumavesilämmitin ja keskusilmastointi / lämmitysyksikkö vaihdettiin.

Tämä kauniisti kalustettu ja hyvin hoidettu poissa kotoa on laattalattiat keittiössä, olohuoneessa ja molemmissa kylpyhuoneissa. Molemmissa makuuhuoneissa ja käytävällä on matot.

Paikkamme tarjoaa täysikokoisen täysin varustetun keittiön ruokailutila ja uuden uunivalikoiman syyskuussa 2018. Olohuoneessa on liukuvat lasiovet, jotka johtavat parvekkeelle, josta voit nauttia äänistä ja merinäköalasta. Mukana on uusi (syyskuussa 2015) queen-size-vuodesohva ylimääräistä nukkumatilaa varten ja viihdettä varten on uusi 43 tuuman taulutelevisio ja kaapeli (helmikuu 2019). Wifi-internetyhteys on myös saatavana tässä kompleksissa.

Makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode, oma kylpyhuone ja 32 tuuman taulutelevisio kaapelilla. Tästä makuuhuoneesta on myös suora näkymä merelle. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on queen-kokoinen ja 32 "taulutelevisio kaapelilla, joka sopii myös videopelien pelaamiseen. Jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa on riittävästi kaappitilaa tarpeitasi vastaavaksi. Lisäksi huoneistossa on pesutupa, jossa on tehokas pesukone ja kuivausrumpu, kahden ajoneuvon pysäköintialue ja merenranta-allas. Tarvitsemme pysäköintitunnisteet, jotka tarjoamme.

Lakanat ja kylpypyyhkeet sisältyvät kaikkiin viikkovuokrauksiin. Siivouspalvelu tarjoaa roskakorin jokaiseen tölkkiin, wc-paperirullan jokaisessa kylpyhuoneessa ja paperipyyhkeiden rullan aloittamiseksi. Sinun tulee tuoda kaikki lisäominaisuudet sekä astiasaippua, astianpesuaine, pyykkitarvikkeet, hiustenkuivaaja, kylpy saippua jne.

Olemme lähellä Barefoot Landing, Restaurant Row ja vain lyhyen ajomatkan päässä Broadwayn rannalla ja muista upeista Myrtle Beachin nähtävyyksistä. Olemme noin 30 minuutin päässä North Myrtle Beachin lentokentältä. Tarjolla on monia hauskoja aktiviteetteja kaiken ikäisille.

Meillä on myös toinen Oceanfront 2 makuuhuoneen 2 kylpyhuoneisto Windsongissa (# 52803), joka on vain lyhyen kahden korttelin päässä ja on samanlainen kuin tämä, jos etsit lisäyksikköä. Jos etsit isompaa huoneistoa, meillä on kaksi 4 makuuhuoneen 3 kylpyhuonetta merenrantahotellissa Crescent Shores (# 25402) ja (# 1083486) Crescent Beach -osiossa.

18. toukokuuta - 7. syyskuuta 2019 vuokrat ovat viikoittain ja vain lauantaista lauantaihin. Kuukauden vuokrat saatavilla syyskuusta huhtikuuhun. Päivittäiset vuokrat saatavilla sesongin ulkopuolella kuukausina. Condo tarjoaa kaikki kodin mukavuudet, joten soita meille, jos tämä on lomapaikka sinulle.

Perfect location!!! The balcony and view were excellent. Everything worked in the condo. No complaints… very very hot water so be aware. (We loved it though). The only drawback is there is no elevator which is not the owner’s fault. So if you “overpack” like I do, be prepared. Some noise from above but it was small children and they were at the beach. We expect it. Thanks for a great getaway!

More than enough

My sister & I rented this place for 1 week, from July 26-Aug 2. Communication with the owners was easy & clear via email. Front door sticks as if floor is raised. Rooms were clean & furniture comfortable. There was some cheese sauce stuck to a kitchen chair. Kitchen had more supplies than you could need, including coffee makers, crockpot, pots and pans, blender, utensils. Full size fridge. Already ice made in trays for us on arrival. Both beds were comfortable, with queen being softer than king. Floor mat in shared, main bathroom was soaking wet upon arrival as if taken out of the washer & not dried. Found some personal shampoo items still in that shower from previous renter. This bathroom could use TLC. Peeling wallpaper & paint. No problems with the master bath. Each room had a tv that worked just fine, with local & streaming channels. Kitchen cabinets & closet doors could use a coat of paint. The balcony was great! Being an end unit, the front & side were open to the breeze. Washer & dryer worked well. 2 beach chairs & 2 boogie boards were stored there for use, too. Also a bag of beach toys. Pool wasn't huge, but good enough for us. Parking was easy with a pass. Some pets were in the building, but were never a problem. Private beach was great & not crowded, yet busy. We were able to rent an umbrella for the week, which was put up & taken down at 5 PM for us every day. Easy access to restaurants & Barefoot Landing. All in all, a really nice place to stay.

Great place

The property does need some upgrading but that didn't really bother me or my family. It was very clean and very comfortable and the view is to die for. Loved sitting on the deck in the mornings and evenings. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect Get-Away Spot

Due to family issues, my daughter and I were the only ones who were able to enjoy this wonderful condo. We loved every minute of it! From the location on the map to the location at the beach, it was perfect! The condo was well equipped in the kitchen with every conceivable thing you would need. The living room was comfortable. The bedrooms were relaxing and clean. I slept like a baby the whole week. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony overlooking the ocean every morning. During the day we made use of the beach chairs in the closet with the washer and dryer. we will definitely come back!

Monthly retreat

Overall this was an excellent condo. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to make this our home away from home for the month of November. The hosts were always quick to respond and helpful. We cannot comment about the pool since we stayed in November so it was closed. Would recommend for up to 4 people to have a very comfortable stay. We would stay here again. Thanks Michele and Dennis.

Beautiful Location

The location of this property was excellent. Beach front property where you could sit on the balcony and enjoy the view of the ocean. The property had everything needed to make our stay comfortable! The pool at the complex was small but really nice. I would recommend this place for a relaxing vacation

Loved the rental. The view was amazing , could sit on the deck and watch the waves.

Condo was perfect. Furniture was pretty new and comfortable. Perfect space for a week at the beach. Steps away from the beach. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook. Pool was nice . Loved that there were beach chairs and beach toys already there. Will rent again !!! Thank you

Uncomfortable

The location was great but was not aware the property did not have an elevator. Definitely not for handicap individuals. My parents stayed with us and were confined to the room most of the stay as it hurt them too much to climb the stairs repeatedly. All the furniture was uncomfortable. Nobody got a good nights sleep the entire stay as the beds were too hard. Sitting on the couch and chairs in the living room was uncomfortable as well. The couch seats lean to one side and the chair was super hard. My parents left 3 days early because they could not get comfortable and were in too much pain and sleep deprived.

This was our first time renting ocean front and loved the location and affordability of this condo. The reason for the 3 star cleanliness: the kitchen cabinets were older and a little musty, and the bedroom carpets could use cleaning. Overall, we were very comfortable and the owners were very responsive to our questions. Thank you Dennis and Michelle for a peaceful vacation.

Wonderful Trip

This condo is well maintained and has a wonderful location in the North Myrtle Beach Area. The beach is only steps away and we had no issue finding adequate space each day we spent there. Owners are very responsive and helpful whenever needed. Would definitely stay there again!

The condo was VERY clean! (So important to me.) The kitchen was stocked beyond the normal, having lots of dishes, pots/pans, and a crockpot. Windy Hill is a smaller building with large resorts down the street. Because of that, our part of the beach was not as crowded as other areas. Also, we had the pool to ourselves several times. It was great for us and our young grandchildren! There is a shaded area the entire length of the pool on one side where there was a constant, relaxing breeze even when it was very hot and humid elsewhere outside. The location is great with quick access to Barefoot Landing, groceries, and anywhere else you might want to go in the Myrtle Beach area. Michele and Dennis were very responsive with any questions we had. Lightening struck and fried the wi-fi routers during a storm one night. They contacted the right folks to get it resolved quickly. We would definitely stay there again.
