Xanadu II 105 is located in a beautifully appointed high-rise in the Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. This three-bedroom, three-bath condo can accommodate your family members comfortably and with style. The youth will, no doubt, especially love the bunk beds. The kitchen with its own sitting spot, dining area and living room are unified with light colored tile flooring that makes these spaces feel bright and airy.

Xanadu II 105 offers guests central heat and air, a washer and dryer, a Jacuzzi bathtub, an oceanfront balcony that offers a spectacular viewof the coast. Abeach umbrella, lawn chairs and abeach trolley to transport the chairs can be found in the storage unit of this rental. For the electronic minded individuals, Xanadu II 105 provides family members with WIFI access, HDTV with extended cable, free Vonage as well as HBO and Showtime. Flatscreen CCTVs and DVD players are available; so when you are hanging out in the rental condo you can Facebook, emailand watch a movie together while the aroma of butter popcorn drifts through the air.

Take a short walk to the beach from the rental condo and enjoy the shore, sunshine and surf. There is also a nearby pier that the fishermen in your family are certain to enjoy. Beyond the beach and pier, during your stay at Xanadu II 105 be sure to use the outdoor swimming pool at the high rise and play Monkey in the Middle or Marco Polo. For reservations less than a week during June - August, please call 5 days prior to the arrival date. September to May there is a minimum number of nights stay and arrival/departure days may vary for this period depending upon company policy and individual property restrictions.
