”Room was very clean and updated. All the staff are extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Excellent customer service. The valet parking is reasonably priced and very convenient. The hotel is at a great location within walking distance of Chi center and Old Market. This was our second time staying here and definitely won’t be our last! ”

”The room was very clean and comfortable. The desk clerk was pleasant and professional. I loved the “fireplace” and cozy sitting area. I am an avid reader and I especially liked sitting on the couch in front of the fireplace and reading a good book. I will definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here again. ”

”Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Property was very clean and up kept. They had an a very good variety of books to choose from to read as well as travel brochures of local or near by attractions.”

”This is an interesting place. The mirrors around the bed could definitely be a draw -- they were for me. Just to see them. The light over the "vanity" didn't work, and the "shower" is a handheld nozzle loosely taped to the place where the showerhead could/should be. There's a tiled heart on the floor of the vanity. Full refrigerator with freezer, which was very handy for my car cooler ice packs. The water was hot, the wifi was decent, the views of a storm were awesome. They had hot coffee in the...
