”The apartment looked exactly like the pictures and was very well kept. Everything was clean and functional and we didn’t have any issues. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe and also has a target nearby for quick grocery trips. Connectivity wise, there’s a busy stop within walking distance but no train stations.The host was also very responsive and helpful. We didn’t have any trouble checking in or checking out.Overall a great experience and comfortable stay.”

”This was one of our favorite places we have ever stayed! It was clean, decorated beautifully, had comfortable beds, a refrigerator with an ice maker and filtered water, washer and dryer that worked great, a cool backyard with hammocks, and even little things like coffee creamer, toothpaste, and mouthwash in case you forgot yours. We stayed in three different rental places on our trip and this was by far our favorite! What a beautiful home! ”

”Super easy to check in. On street parking was easy, I was able to keep my car parked there the entire trip. The couch was comfortable and so was the bed in the room. The host was timely and efficient when communicating, and even offered different things to do while in the city. I felt safe and comfortable the entire trip. Checking out was super easy as well. Would definitely stay here again!!!”

”Beautiful space that is extremely close to the blue line subway. Very cozy apartment, clean, quiet, and in a safe area. Short subway or uber ride to get to the city and direct blue line access to the airport. Check in and check out were easy and we had no issues accessing the space with our temporary code provided. "My daughter and I went to Chicago to run the marathon. Booked The River hotel as it was one of the few hotels I could find with twin beds at a reasonable price located within walking distance to grant park. The room was compact but it was warm, clean, had a microwave oven, mini fridge and espresso machine. Location was absolutely brilliant. Magnificent mile just the other side of the river and plenty of shops, restaurants, bakeries right next to the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful, only really had interaction at checking. Highly recommend, I certainly would stay there next time."
