”My experience was horrible. There was no hot water, the air comditioner smelled like mildew. Room was downgraded to try to fix thise issues. No discount offered. Towel service wasnt done and we had to ask. The worst 3 night stay I have ever had in my life. My children were so miserable with luke warm showers it wasnt even funny. We didnt dare use the pool because no hot shower afterward is gross. Because the downgraded me rooms they followed protocal in their minds and that was compensation...

The breakfast is completely sufficient though a little repetitive after a few days. There's a train track nearby making some noise at night. The noise insulation towards the corridor is poor.
Things they could improve include the distant and aloof check-in person who made no eye contact with the customer at any point. The employee who explained to the handyman how...

When we got to the room the air con was blowing freezing cold air at 60 f and it was cold through all night. Go somewhere else if you can.

”I reserved this spot because the price was good for the trip. I found out the keys to the doors or other areas don't work sometimes, and you have to go to the desk to get it working again. There is a noise rule in place after 10 pm, but I could hear people upstairs walking down the hallway, and it would echo below. I could also hear a conversation in the hallway at 2 in the morning.
The gym could use an upgrade for fitness experts while they are staying there.”

”The room was nice. We like the location and have stayed here in the past because of the amenities. Unfortunately, we had disappointed kids because the pool was closed. Who closes a pool on a warm weekend in August? They said it was done by the painters. The hotel was sold out that night with a majority of families visiting Wild Waves one last time before it closes. I would think they would plan better.”
