”The hotel itself was nice, no complaints in the actual hotel, however we traveled with family and they also stayed at the hotel and safety was is a huge concern. Our family member parked where they were told to park in the hotel parking lot and had their Cadillac converter cut in attempt to steal it! There are signs that hotel is not liable for customers parking in their lot, however we were told this is a known issue for the area. Increase in security and lighting would help. ”The staff were welcoming, nice and friendly. The room was clean. I wish it had a microwave in the room but that’s only a minor inconvenience. The lobby and hallways smelled like cigarettes. Luckily the room didn’t. The bed was comfortable, bedding and bathroom were clean. I set the AC to 65 but the temp in the room never went below 70° so it was a warm night and I got too hot and at times uncomfortable from the warmth. ”The room was very clean, the staff were excellent at check in, and still very hospitable at 4 am, when I caught the free shuttle to the airport. I will definitely be going back to sample the free breakfast!”
