”Melinda was kind. There were some thoughtful touches like cold water in the fridge and some snacks to greet guests. Her studio is very clean, comfortable and cute. ”

”It was very nice ”

”Great experience”

”Perfect place for a quick stay! Communication was easy. Will definitely stay here again.”

”Sehr klein. Schmutzige Gegend überall Müll stinktiere. Einrichtung teilweise kaputt. Das Haus wird auch zum Verkauf angeboten vielleicht lag es daran das keine Mühe mehr reingesteckt wird.”

”I enjoyed my stay. The apartment was very clean and the host was very communicative.”

”Access to property didn’t feel very secure”

”Exceptional property. Quiet, clean, with a comfy bed! Well appointed. We were able to enjoy a nice hot bath, morning coffee and watch a little tv while being close to our family in area. Such a great neighborhood and so walkable. The only thing we lacked were bath towels. There were only three for two persons for 4 nights, but we managed. Maybe ask ahead. ”

”My kid loved the comfy room and we all had a really nice time unwinding together.”

”Wonderfully quaint home in a beautiful neighborhood! Entire second floor with an outside back deck that felt like we were sitting in a treehouse. Lovely place for morning coffee and evening wine. Very clean with comfy beds and furniture. Host was extremely responsive and kind enough to allow early checkin after a long drive into town. I ran in the mornings past the golf course and into Brackenridge Park…just lovely! Provided you don’t have difficulty getting up stairs, this place is perfect and...

”The host was very attentive, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout the stay. The house was beautiful, clean, and very welcoming. Everything was lovely, and I had a great experience. I would definitely recommend staying here!”

”The house was super cute and very well renovated. Loved all the nice decorative touches. Location was great as we went to an event at the San Pedro Playhouse which was a .2 mile walk. Philo coffee house just up the hill was great for morning coffee. ”

”Really enjoyed the stay! The host was very kind and attentive.”

”Amazing place I love that it is very close to Downtown so if u here for the River Walk or Alamo this is definitely your place.”

”Property is awesome! Very well located next to bars and places to eat, and gas station. Property has, hand soaps, salt, pepper, soaps for dishwasher. Very spacious and comfortable bed and pillows. Gorgeous pool and seating areas outside. Too sad we weren't able to enjoy it more. Parking is on the street, since we arrived on the weekend at night it was challenging to find a spot. Walking distance to riverwalk. Will definitely book this place if we come to San Antonio.”

”Just as described. Very nice stay.”

”Super neat place, loved the little patio area, felt super cozy throughout the whole home!”

”Great location! Very clean. Make sure you know which building you are in and if it is the one connected to the parking deck. Elevators very helpful too.”

”My husband and 2 kids rented for the weekend. Finding the entry was a little confusing at first but we figured it out. The pictures of the property were a little deceiving. We thought the river was going to be right outside at our back door and it was not. It was really close but not that close. We also thought the pool was visible from the room by the listed pictures and it was not either. Those are just minor details though. We needed to use the pull out for the kids. The owners provided a set...
