”Booked a king suite room and at after checking in they gave me a kind regular room, they didn't have the king suite available...yet I had a whole active reservation for that type of room. I was never contacted prior to me checking in that my room typed was not available and here are the options if you're not happy with the issue.
When I have to reach out to the front desk and tell them this is not the room i booked. It's a oversight and unprofessional.
I kept the room due to the fact I had...

”Well we were there because we had a basketball tournament. The location was perfect except NO washer it was broken! And one dryer ! Mind you several teams were staying there . I had 18 uniforms to wash stayed up until 1 am and we okayed at 8am the next morning . Then the dryer the filter thing was broken so my uniforms got caught and some tore ! So very upset !”

”his is my second time staying here, mainly because it's so convenient to be across the street from Round Rock Sports Center. Unfortunately, my room is never ready at check-in. What makes it frustrating is that I arrive 1-2 hours past the official check-in time, giving them plenty of extra time. This place has great potential, but waiting around for a room after a busy day just isn't worth it.”

”The hotel is very new and clean. The only issues we saw that may deter someone are: (1) they do not clean the rooms daily unless requested maybe, (2) Rainey street is right behind the hotel, convenient for partying but be aware it is a little loud at night in the rooms overlooking that street.”

”Was our first time staying here, will be back! It started with the front desk being so helpful when our flight was delayed for check-in. The rooms were clean. Beds were slightly uncomfortable, but I'm sure everyone is used to their own beds. The breakfast was good! It was stocked with minimal wait the length of our stay. We did take advantage the pool on Friday night. We were the only one there. It was very clean and they supplied nice towels! Staff was friendly! It is right next to the highway...
