”Everything about the Hawthorne is the epitome of old world class. There is simply not a single thing or person we could find fault with. The room was large, comfortable and had a quiet undertone of luxury without any need for extras. The food was, exceptional. The staff were without a doubt the most pleasant, warm, competent and overtly helpful I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I used to be a F&B manager at a casino and found myself in absolute envy of the staff. I wish there were more...
