”The only critic I have is that the lobby need better air conditioning. There is one tiny one on the ceiling in the back of the room. There is no air flow, vent or ac unit by the check in desk. The staff are soaking wet and whilst checking in/out/or buying stuff I could hardly breathe and was extremely uncomfortable. The staff works very hard and are very kind. If i worked in those conditions every day I assure you I would not be as pleasant. So please reward them and get them one of those hang...

”The place is ok for a short layover, but we wouldn’t want to book this for a longer stay. Our room was quite noisy, and there’s no housekeeping. We booked a room for 4 people, but it was set for only 2, and it took us several trips to the front desk and well over an hour to get the missing bedding & towels. The pullout sofa was flimsy and uncomfortable to sleep on, even for kids.”
”A very nice, clean property with nice amenities. There is a very nice outdoor pool. The property also has a nice spa and restaurant. We ate at the restaurant which had a nice atmosphere. The music was just a bit loud. My husband thoroughly enjoyed his dinner. My watermelon salad was delicious, but my clam spaghetti was way too salty. This property is not within walking distance to too much, but is within 15 mis of driving into Newburyport. We did play pickleball at the local tennis club. ”

”Grounds are beautiful. Amazing view. Pool, jacuzzi, fire pit. Benches across the way to sit and enjoy thw ocean. Had a breath taking view of the moon rising above the ocean. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was super comfortable. Plenty of parking right by the room. Overall a lovely stay.”
