”水漏れ感知器が鳴り止まなかったり、洗濯機が中々動かなかった等のトラブルもあったけど、テラス から眺めるゴルフ場の景色は最高でした。管理チームとの連絡もスムーズでした。ただ2階のゲストの子供達の騒音・足音が、朝から晩まで鳴り止まなかったのは残念でした。”

”The view of the ocean was the only positive for this condo. The A/C consists of portable indoor units which are very noisy. The mattress on the bed was very thin and uncomfortable, as were the pillows. There is a lot of construction on site for building maintenance and so the parking lot is a mess. We had to park a quarter of a mile down the street. Walking to and from the car was dangerous and inconvenient, as the road is busy. The lock boxes are in a very poorly lit hallway.
