”Location was great! All instructions were helpful and accurate! Huge bathroom and spacious bedroom! We had some loud neighbors during the day! With jealousies (louvre windows) you don’t always feel like you have privacy and we could hear everything they said! Not a fault of this property but bad timing!”

”Great Condo that was in a very quiet complex. No noise between walls like other condos we have stayed at. Felt very private and we had everything that we needed to have a wonderful stay! Appreciate all of the cookware, cooking sprays, oils and basic spices. Boogie boards and beach chairs came in handy for days at the beach! Thank you so much for a lovely stay!”

”This condo unit is right above the beach and overlooks Wailua Bay Beach. We could watch surfers, swimmers and fishermen right from our lanai. We saw whales only twice; a long distance away; but also saw a large pod of dolphins right in front. The location is an easy drive to anywhere else on the island.”

”Condo was as described. We arrived after dark and had difficulty finding the exact condo due to lack of outdoor lighting. Walking up to the units with cellphone light attempting to find unit felt a little much. Condo was clean, beds comfy, although queen squeaked a lot. Kitchen had all that was needed.”

”This was our second time staying at The Cliff's complex and we loved it. The condo is modern and has a full kitchen and lots of beach items to borrow. My son especially loved the pool area. Our favorite part is The Cliff's has a family pool and an adults-only pool which means the kids can have fun without disturbing others. We will definitely return!”

”We picked this condo because of its proximity to the beach, which was a short walking distance. The condo was clean but the drain in the tub was slow, the refrigerator was noisy, and the tv was a bit difficult to use (I wish that it were a smart tv so I could’ve signed into an app). Plus, a stove would have been nice. All in all, it was a good stay. ”

”Great communication from owner and property manager prior to checkin with directions and instructions. No problems with checkin or accessing unit. Condo grounds were beautiful and well maintained. Condo has nice view of pool and ocean. We enjoyed relaxing on the Lanai in the mornings and evenings. Pool is nice and has tiki bar with happy hour specials (3-6). Condo is a studio and as pictured. It was clean and functional. We loved the location of the condo for exploring the very beautiful island...

”Firstly I want to say that the resort is close to paradise. Beautifully planted and maintained grounds with orchids and birds, stunning swimming pool and hot tub with little waterfalls, a calm beach with snorkelling to walk down to (or catch a ride upon request), a great pizza restaurant as well as a bar with restaurant all on site. Easy parking with service to get you to your condo, and the most amazing views of the ocean and mountains. The condo itself was clean and bright and perfectly fine...
