”Unable to drive to the entrance to check in, had to navigate car parking area whose entrance was difficult to find & then take the lift to reception. Daughter found that appliances & kitchenware in cupboards were dirty. Iron hotplate had something burnt & stuck to it so was unusable. No water in fridge, one small carton of milk, three teabags. There was a couple of small areas of rust in bathroom. Looked like someone had banged maybe a suitcase into the wall & taken a chunk of plaster...
