”After being on the road between 12-13 hours, we arrived at the hotel to be told their computer system was down and it was unknown when it would be back up and running. The manager was unable to provide keys or check anyone in, so we told her we needed to go find a new hotel and she told everyone in the lobby to go to dinner because she wasn't sure how long it would take (at around 7 o'clock at night). She finally called over an hour later while we were at the new hotel and she would not refund...

”The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean, and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was okay but the coffee was great. Great value for the price. ”

”Everything in the hotel was great. The only exception were the sloven individuals that we encountered at the breakfast buffet. Is it too much for a hotel to require that people come to breakfast in suitable attire? A simple sign outside the breakfast area that states: No pajamas or bathrobes. No barefeet.
That's all. Simple requests that normal people should know. But apparently there are ignorant individuals who don't care what they look like, or care how unhygienic they present themselves....
