”On the outside this motel is falling apart, but the room was really nice inside, and I would return!”

”Overpriced…but wonderful! This is the sort of place where absolutely nothing is included…not parking, not the thermal pools, not breakfast, so expect to spend quite a bit on top of the room rate. However, the rooms are luxurious and relaxing and the thermal pools are wonderful. I slept VERY well here. Overnight guest have to pay an additional $75 to use the thermal pools.”

”Clean room. Missing a coffee service but otherwise no problems.”

”A/C worked fine, room was relatively clean, bed was comfortable, tv worked good, had a mini fridge, no carpet, nice shower. Outside was a bit scummy with lots of litter and spilled coke that was never cleaned up. Inside bathroom window had no lock and no screen. I was alone, but I know if my wife had been there she wouldn’t feel safe and I wouldn’t leave anything in the room of value when I went out. Manager didn’t seem concerned about window not locking. ”

”This motel has a handy location near Portland CBD and railway station. It's also easy accessible from the airport by light rail and street car. Big rooms and friendly personnel. Nice to get an early check-in.”

”The room was reasonably clean but shabby with discolored carpeting and no blankets for the bed. My wife got cold at night. Bathroom was nicest part of room as remodeled more recently than elsewhere. Dodgy clientele near us with some late night arguments and door banging. ”

”A flop house comes to mind when I think of this property. Ussually cab drivers know their town and mine was leery of the place. “watch your belongings” was his words of wisdom, but with only one other person in the shared dorm I was less vigilant. The storage locker was too small for my Rollie. Suffice it to say the room was clean, comfortable and quiet just over the river from the hustle of Portland. ”

”The address of the place was under a different name for the hotel. Not what I expected.”

”Our stay was great! Very clean and safe, which was great because I was very leary about staying in Portland. The room was great and the free breakfast was good, not amazing, but good enough. We recently decided to go back to staying in hotels, after staying in Airbnb's for the last few years, the quality of Airbnb's has declined significantly, so our stay at this hotel has reinforced our decision to go back to hotels. Great location and friendly staff.”

”Hotel is old, spacious, decent in downtown. Parking is 30$/night. Breakfast included isn’t a buffet abut it’s a 20$ in a alacarte restaurant. We enjoyed swimming pool and spa during the stay. Overall it was a good experience with no surprises”
