”The hotel was great only thing I’d say is if your paying for a room there the spa should be included not an extra fee other than that I loved it”

”Staff and location were good. Good pizza restaurant opposite. Average cleanliness but bed was clean. Small bathroom. Stay ruined by other guests shouting/ screaming. Too bad.”

”Very comfortable stay The room was clean and has AC/Heater As well as a refrigerator and microwave Bed was clean and comfortable Only downside is no hair dryer and I didnt bring my own. But other than that worth the money .”

”I’m going to assume it was glaringly obvious and I just overlooked it in my haste to book this trip last-minute, but I was unaware this was not a hotel until I showed up at midnight and had to go through the additional check-in steps. Luckily I had all the resources available to complete the check-in, but had I been without cell reception/charge, I would’ve had nowhere to sleep. I did think I had selected “hotels” as part of my search, but again, am giving the benefit of the doubt. Maybe...

”Bed is up in loft and there’s not much space to sit up or move around. Great location and there was convenient street parking right out front.”

”If you can find somewhere else to stay while you’re in Portland, do it. We arrived to an unbearably hot room, all the blinds up, air conditioner broken. Communication with property management was a nightmare and completely unhelpful. Maintenance wasn’t able to come till the next day; they claimed they came into our room and saw that the air conditioner worked properly, but there was no evidence they entered our room at all. The AC remained broken, so we were without it the entirety of our trip...

”Hotel Indigo Vancouver, WA met our every expectation; newer upscale hotel. Beautiful view of the Columbia River from our room. Easy access to run/walk paths along the river. 15 minutes to PDX, DT Portland, OR., and Japanese Gardens. Great food and service at in-house restaurant. Front desk staff very helpful. We'll be back!”

”Downtown was pretty dirty and homeless around area. Not safe at night or to walk around.”
