”Beautiful home but would not stay here again without some maintenence issues adressed especially with kids. Strong oil smell from furnace (had to air out home for hours before we were comfortable staying) and overwhelming carpenter ant infestation (broken dryer as well which was fixed during our stay). Property management was quick to respond to messages but at times did not take concerns seriously. It made the stay very stressful and no compensation back was offered. Great location and again...

”The property turned out to be just as showed in the pictures. We found it clean with supplies, even though the list indicated that there will none (or very few). The location was perfect. Minutes walk from Herring Pond, 5 minutes drive (or walk) to First Encounter, and close to Orleans and Eastham. We will try to return next year!”

”The house is very roomy and had everything we needed. It was nice that each bedroom had it's own bathroom. The location is great for heading out to just about anywhere on the Cape. It is on a busy street, but it is very quiet at night, so we did not mind. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. A great place to stay!”

”Our family thoroughly enjoyed exploring the Brewster area and beyond—this property is convenient to lots of walking and biking trails as well as all kinds of beaches, including the amazing Brewster flats (Micaran gave many suggestions in her detailed instructions). We also enjoyed chilling at this lovely and comfortable historic house—there is plenty of space and privacy for all. Highly recommend!”
