The location is great to be able to go into Orange Beach/Gulf Shores, or Perdido Key/Pensacola. The beach is super nice and clean with umbrella and chair service available. ”We were on the 15th floor yet the elevator came in a timely manner-any kind of Hiccups w/ the Doors or Codes were answered Quickly when we called for Assistance. The Condo was Very Clean and Refreshing. We had a Great Experience and Definitely would come back.”

”Boardwalk Beach Resort Condo - ComplexPros: - Condo is in great area on east end of PCB; easy access to stores/restaurants/bars; less traffic than central/west end- On-site bar/restaurant and store is big perk! We had live music on Fri/Sat. night- Great pool with lots of chairs (& 2 hottubs), and they don't allow "reserving" chairs - so no getting up at the crack of dawn for that. - Covered parking; gate security- 4/5 elevators working - minimal elevator waitsCons:- Work out facility closed...
