Linens and Towels: Bed Linens and Bath Towels are included and will be set up prior to your arrival.

Need Beach Essentials? We can also arrange for the delivery of beach chairs, umbrellas, cribs, and other items prior to your arrival.

Non-Smoking Policy: Please note that all our properties are non-smoking, and a $500 fee will be applied for any violations of this policy.

The sleeping setup include, on the second floor, first bedroom with a queen bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed; a second bedroom with a queen bed and a twin daybed; a third bedroom with a queen bed; and a fourth bedroom with a queen bed and a twin daybed. On the third floor, the fifth bedroom features a twin-over-twin bunk bed with a full/double trundle, while the sixth bedroom offers a king bed. The living room features a cozy fireplace and French doors, leading to a sun-filled family room and dining area with a built-in hutch. The spacious kitchen offers comfortable seating and a Smart TV for entertainment.

Enjoy fireworks from the wraparound front porch, entertain on the large back deck, or relax in the private pool with an outdoor shower and handy shed!
