”We stayed here for four nights while touring the Seattle area. The hotel has a good location near the interstate and also the light rail station. There is excellent security in place for the parking garage and room floor access where you need to use your room key to get to those areas. Housekeeping did a great job except forgetting to give us coffee and an ice bag one morning. But we were able to remedy that right away as she was still in the hallway cleaning other rooms. ”Overall I would give our stay a 6/10. Keep in mind it’s meant to be a “long stay” hotel. We were there for 4 nights. Not once did housekeeping come up to reset the room or replace towels. The rooms have very thin walls so you will hear EVERYTHING, on top of that there is also the public transportation train (light rail) right out your window. If you’re a light sleeper, I would avoid. Side note: If you’re sensitive to religion, they do leave a Holy Bible and Book of Mormon in the night stand....

”Gregg was fantastic at the front desk. Our family took up about five rooms. The lobby had a really nice TV area where we were able to gather us in the evening. CJ was very helpful during breakfast. She made me decaf coffee . It is not a normal thing for the hotel. Please hotel brew a pot of decaf every day!!”

”Breakfast was fine. Parking stalls are narrow. Room was very clean. Nice shower. Could use a non- slip mat for shower. ”

”The morning breakfast was delicious! Everything was incredibly clean and the room had awesome amenities. There's a ton of food and shopping options within walking distance. And super easy access to public transportation. Just take 1 bus all the way to all the touristy areas of Seattle! ”

”Easy access to hotel from Northgate Way. Property is clean and modern. Great room - bathroom in my room had a walk in shower which was new and very modern. Bed was very comfortable. Will definitely return when I am in Seattle area!”

”The road construction was difficult to find with one way directions. Parking lot was challenging to identify and was gated which made check in stressful at night. Faucet and water shower did not work well, faucet and handle need to be replaced. We booked two nights but changed to one night. We are monthly travelers and stayed at many hotels.”

”The staff was exceptional, friendly, and very helpful. The room was clean and felt safe though fairly basic and furnished for high traffic. The walls are quite thin and there was a large gap under the door to the adjoining room and a lot of noise from the hall and next door rooms. The bed was a bit lumpy and odd but I was able to sleep and get some rest. The bathroom was lovely and well appointed with shampoo that smelled good and made my hair absurdly soft even without using the conditioner....
