1st, we had to climb (literally) 40 steps to get to the apartment (from the back enterance). We're almost 80 years old and it was quite difficult! Definitely not for anyone with even minor disabities. Parking was horrible! No parking on the street or you'll get a ticket at 4am, and we were told the town is VERY strict about it. We had to park in back on a grass knoll. Next, ALL of the pictures of the rooms indicated that there was a kitchen. There was NO kitchen! The ONLY sink we had was in the bathroom! We found dishes and silverware were in a dresser drawer in the bedroom, but there was no table to eat at. And where were we supposed to do the dishes... in the bathtub? Neither TV worked, other than being able to get one news station. No directions on how to use the TV or access any of it's apps, like Netflix, etc. Also, no refills on the coffee, daily. We had to track down the maid and get it from her. Then, according to their posted "rules," WE were responsible for cleaning the place, removing the garbage AND notifying the owners if the garbage bin out back was full !!!!! For what we paid, you'd think they'd at least give you some coffee and not expect you to have to perform work chores !!!! Then, there's the "on-line" rental contract you have to sign, for which you need a lawyer to interprut! Have NEVER had to do that just to rent a place before! NEVER again!
