”Staff at front desk was very unhelpful, I had to get my key card reactivated every night. (I was only given 1 card) When checking in they ran the card without telling us anything I only knew the price from booking online,I was never given a receipt. The pool was closed the whole time, but the sign up said closed for a day. I understand they were painting outside but it was still disappointing.”

”I wanted to like this hotel but was disappointed with the dark lobby, weird configuration once you enter the hotel, and the less than desirable surroundings less than 1/2 block away … scary!!!
The rooms were old but clean, and the beds were quite comfortable. I just think you could spend your money on a better place. The pool was fun for my great nephew.”

I stayed at this DoubleTree in Denver for four nights, and the level of service was extremely disappointing. Despite making two separate requests, my room was never freshened up during my stay. Housekeeping simply did not follow through.
