”This was a lovely old charming house in a great location—lots of space and a nice garden. One of the bedrooms and bathrooms is located on the basement/garden level and has some sewage-like odor, so sleeping in that space did not work out for us. The house was otherwise very convenient but hot since no AC was available. Unfortunately, construction in the neighborhood was happening from 7 am to 6 pm on both sides of the house, and the noise levels (73bD) were stressful. Communication was ok;...

”Location is everything here, close enough to all you want to see and do, yet far enough to get the local experience. We are regular VRBO users and also are hosts for our property in the US. Jose contacted us, met us at the unit and the. Asked to take us for a 30 min orientation of the neighbourhood so we knew where everything was. Lots of great information and we went from being in a forest to a welcoming park in the 30 min. Coffee and pasteis de nata. We would definitely recommend this unit...

The place is steps away from the metro, intercity trains, and an easy walk to really anywhere in Gaia and Porto (via Dom Luis I bridge, upper or lower crossing). ”This is a lovely property with lots of natural light, conveniently located close to the airport. The lofts were cozy and comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed.”

The only downfall was the kitchen cupboards were very high although there was a step provided it was still difficult, especially for shorter people to get things out.”

La piscina y jacuzi con agua calentita. Hemos tenido suerte y casi no hemos coincidido con los otros huespedes (hay otros dos apartametos mas pequeños). Los dueños viven al lado y son siempre diponibles. Todo un lujo. Aveiro esta a 15min con el coche y la playa de barra a 20min. Supermercados cerca. Muy comodo. Super aconsejable.”

”The apartment was sizable for a one bedroom, clean, safe and located in a very central area. Easily walkable to the river and its varied shops and eating places. Also walking distance to the easily walkable bridge that takes you to Gaia de Nova and it’s many port cellars. I would highly recommend a stay in this apartment.”
