”Very poor experience. Not sure what other rooms were like at this facility but ours looked nothing like the photos online. Our non smoking room smelled heavily of stale smoke. The room was dirty and run down. Stains under the mattress (checked for bed bugs) and broken electrical outlet. No remote for the TV. Breakfast offered very few options. Friendly staff was only positive I can share about this experience.”

”When I showed up at the hotel they told me it was oversold and they sent me to a Hilton Garden Inn, however they gave me the address to the wrong hotel. Even though I asked for confirmation that it was a hotel four miles away. So after a lecture by that properties manager regarding company billing. I contacted Embassy whe eventually gave me the correct address. An hour lost after a long workday. Hilton / Embassy you left this customer feeling very under appreciated. ”
