”The carpet in our room was so old and in places appeared to be mouldy… we had a tiny basin in the room (and no basin in the en-suite) which was partially overhung by a shelf that made it very difficult to use properly and was likely the cause of the mould in front of it. Our ‘en-suite’ was cramped and the shower cubicle had mould in the sealant and grout. The extractor fan did not work and therefore the bathroom and bedroom felt and smelled damp when we returned after a day out- it was 26...

”We had a brilliant stay at this hotel and honestly couldn’t fault it! The hotel itself is lovely, and our room was fantastic — really spacious, comfortable and had everything we could possibly need. We were lucky enough to be on the top floor, with a brilliant view across Great Yarmouth. The bed was lovely and comfortable, the shower was hot with fantastic water pressure for being on the top floor, and the big, white, fluffy towels were a lovely touch.
