”Only arrived a bit early and rooms weren’t ready. Left and the call came less than 30 minutes later. Sort resulted in inconvenience. Only experienced this on the return trip not prior visit.”

”You can’t go wrong staying here. The staff were very friendly. The beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean. This hotel is centrally located so you can park your car and walk around the old town area. This was our second time staying here and it didn’t disappoint. We will definitely stay here again if we get the chance.”

”Never saw the room. The elevator was broken and Expedia would not refund my money. I had to purchase another hotel because I could not climb four flights of stairs in my physical condition. So much for the handicap. Stay away. ”

”We have stayed at the Sleep Inn in Winchester many times over the past 15 years and I think they need to spruce it up... it's not dirty, just tired looking. The hallway carpets are dingy and our room had some issues. The bathroom door had a big hole in it and the walls could use a coat of paint.”
