”You can’t go wrong staying here. The staff were very friendly. The beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean. This hotel is centrally located so you can park your car and walk around the old town area. This was our second time staying here and it didn’t disappoint. We will definitely stay here again if we get the chance.”

”Only arrived a bit early and rooms weren’t ready. Left and the call came less than 30 minutes later. Sort resulted in inconvenience. Only experienced this on the return trip not prior visit.”

”Room was spacious and clean. I'd recommend if you're looking for an affordable place just to stay the night. At the end of the day it's a cheap motel but one of the better ones I've been too, although it can attract other guests who are dubious.”

”Needs updating. Breakfast area was messy. Bed was comfortable and clean. Shower worked nicely but definitely needs an update on furniture in living room area. Chair looked like it was dirty n cat scratched. Ehhh Reception personnel was very nice. Good for a 1 night stay n close to route 80.”

”Never saw the room. The elevator was broken and Expedia would not refund my money. I had to purchase another hotel because I could not climb four flights of stairs in my physical condition. So much for the handicap. Stay away. ”

”You have to pay 8.00 for breakfast, but it was very good. Room was clean, safe location. ”

”We have stayed at the Sleep Inn in Winchester many times over the past 15 years and I think they need to spruce it up... it's not dirty, just tired looking. The hallway carpets are dingy and our room had some issues. The bathroom door had a big hole in it and the walls could use a coat of paint.”

”Staff was very helpful and good. Parking was right at the door and I have a handicap so that was an A +.”
