”The property was well cared for and spotlessly clean. Information about the rental, and ideas for activities, restaurants, etc. in the area were informative. The photos presented the interior as a much larger living area, but it was fine for 2 of us. The furnishings were comfortable and tasteful. ”Karen was a great host! We enjoyed being able to walk to all of the local stores, coffee shop, and restaurants. The Traverse City Lighthouse and Fishtown are only 15 minutes away. Lots of great hiking trails with 15 minutes as well. The VRBO is a large studio unit. As advertised, there is no TV or stove. We would definitely recommend if these are not necessities for you!”

”My wife and our little Frenchie stayed here to celebrate our anniversary. It was awesome to be right in the heart of downtown Suttons Bay and watch it wake up and go back to sleep. We wish we had discovered the attic fan switch earlier because at night, when we opened the bedroom door and had that on, the bedroom cooled so fast! The back bedroom stayed a little warmer than the main room so a fan would be a good thing to pack.”

”The rental was great, perfect location and the thai food was delicious. There was a portable air conditioner in the bedroom which worked for me as i usually have a box fan, but the rental kept cool even during a 85-90 degree weekend. Super easy check in.”

”We booked our stay because of the Leland Fall Frenzy. Our stay in Suttons Bay was 100 times better than anything Leland had to offer. Suttons Bay was clean, sales staff at the stores were friends and welcoming, the bartenders and wait staff were folks you want to be friends with. Food was delicious.”

”We loved this apartment it was very close to restaurants and shopping. The decor was colorful and fun. The attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Flowers were placed in the kitchen, bathroom, with a large bouquet on the table. Even the dishes matched the décor. The outside area was also very inviting. We hope to go back next year.”

”We had a great stay here. It was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our few days away. The location was very convenient to the beach and downtown Charlevoix. The only thing I would suggest are some brighter lightbulbs in the lamps but I like lots of light, even at night :) If we make a return to Charlevoix, hopefully we can book here again!”

”We enjoyed our stay at Stony Brook condo within The Homestead Resort. The condo was clean, comfortable, nicely updated and in a great location. Glen Arbor is a very nice area and we had fun checking out the dunes, and eating at local restaurants. Would stay here again!”

”Our little family of three (my partner, myself, and our 2.5 year old child) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We used a pack-and-play upstairs and our child slept beautifully. We appreciated the many amenities and, honestly, you won't find a better location than this. Walk down the hill and you're at a playground and the beach. Or walk 5 minutes and you're in the heart of downtown Charlevoix. Note for the really tall people out there: the ceilings are lower than average, so if you're over 6' 2"...

”Came to Glen Arbor for my Birthday from Cleveland, OH and it was well worth it! This beautiful house was well worth it as well. It was clean, roomy, and had all the amenities we needed. Situated right off Crystal River and just a bridge walk over to the Bay - it was beyond perfect! Every night it housed a beautiful sunset for us. Book this before it gets booked!”
