”部屋は広く､スーツケースを広げても全く問題ないが、鍵がかかりづらく、また隣ではなく向かいの部屋の開閉の音が気になった。今回は立地第一条件だったので、満足だが、狭い階段の上り下り､スーツケースを持っては大変だった。 部屋の設備としてティッシュくらいは置いてもらいたい。”

”The room was big but not clean, the windows were very mouldy and bathroom doors very dirty. The breakfast was very poor in quality. It was the basic hotel breakfast, with the usual highly processes breads, cold dry bacon, and very dry / rubber looking eggs. I was honestly expecting a much better experience. The reception staff were wonderful, but the pool staff were clearly junior and very uninterested in helping customers. It took me 3 trips to be able to get all I needed to access the pool...

”Expedia…. I accidentally put the wrong dates in for my stay, and I only realised once I’d booked, basically the wrong month.. When I tried to amend it they wouldn’t, they told me to cancel my booking (with no refund) and re book.. so I never actually stayed and the hotel got paid tegardless”

”This is our second visit to the hotel. Last year we stayed in the 2 bedroom cottage. This time, we stayed in the 3 bedroom cottage, it was stunning, especially the modern bathroom with lovely quality toiletries. Both the breakfast & dinner were delicious. We enjoyed being able to choose a cooked breakfast from their varied selection. Would highly recommend. ”

”An old but well kept hotel, very unique and lovely! The room was tiny, but it had everything we needed. The location is nice right in center of an very old town. The breakfast was included in the price and it was absolutely amazing! The proportions were huge and so good, we could come back to this hotel only for the breakfast!”

”The room was very clean and tidy. On the booking it didn't say there breakfast, but when I got into the room there was a lovely breakfast bag. The car park was small but was adequate. I would recommend it to anyone who would like to stay there. Also the staff were very helpful ”

”We stayed in a family room. All was OK but the door lock prevented us exiting the room as we tried to check out! We had to exit by unbolting the double door.”
