No housekeeping seen, not even in the halls until our 4th day, was getting ready to check out at 11, at 9 there is a knock at the door, guess who? Housekeeping. SMH. ”The staff were really helpful and knowledgeable. There was construction at every floor around the elevators, so we were first put in a room directly across from an elevator. When we walked in, the noise was deafening in the room so we turned right back around and they moved us to another room, on another floor. That room was hot and the floor was soaked from the AC unit running itself out so we had to go back down to be moved a third time. The staff were super apologetic, professional and kind....
