”The hotel did not accommodate my handicap. There were no working elevators. They wanted my husband, grandson and I to haul our luggage up stairs to our room. They said that all ground floor room we taken except one which had no working television. The room that they offered us to check out was not cleaned to our satisfaction and also had an odor. We decline our stay and checked into another hotel.”
