”One of the worst beds I've ever slept in at a hotel. My back is still aching. Never stay there again.”

”Our room 229 had this awful disgusting odor that I didn’t notice until we went to bed. It was almost a chemical smell that just lingered the entire night which was only 1 night so no sleep for me. In the morning I let the staff know which she right away followed me back to room to check. She noticed the odor as soon as she entered room and immediately phoned her supervisor who was out of town. I’m calling Monday to see what they can do to compensate. I was assured that they would make it right....

”Arrived late night to an abandoned front desk and a telephone number posted only to learn they had no rooms left (despite a prepaid reservation!!!) due to a housekeeping issue days prior. Inexcusable!!!!!”
