âStayed during Fiesta. Big mistake. All floors & elevators were soaked in pool water because guests couldnât be bothered to dry before leaving the pool area & staff were too indifferent to care. Toilet handle in restroom would stick. Restroom floor was disgustingly sticky. Beds were worn and not comfortable at all. Will definitely never stay at this property again. â

âThe room keys were not properly created and had to be reset. Housekeeping comes every second day, although this wasnât communicated at check in. The person at the front desk was not overly accommodating. The hard surfaces on the hotel room floor were sticky and dirty. Never again will I stay at this property.â
