”Exceptional stay with one minor Drawback. Everything about this hotel was outstanding. The staff went above and beyond, and the rooms were spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The only area that could use improvement is the breakfast, which had limited choices. Aside from that, it was a perfect stay!”

”First of all, as soon as we entered the room we noticed it wasn't the same room type we paid for. We immediately notified the staff member but she was no help and gave us the run around that we should not book with expedia and it was out of her control. She told us to contact expedia. After contacting expedia her explanation changed. The hotel was experiencing some renovations and the room type were over booked. I contact the general manager and never received a reply.”
