”Brand new hotel. Except we feel it was poorly constructed. We could hear everything in the room! From conversations, restrooms flushing, furniture moving, dogs barking, cars outside, airplanes, ice machine, if you are a light sleeper I would not recommend. Iron covered in residue from prior visit Loose appliances. Very poor lightening. Glass door from shower would close very hard on its own when we would slide door to open. But what got us was also the pillows. They were not standard size...

”Don't go there if your handicapped. All the handicap showers are upstairs but the handicap toilets are downstairs. No microwave in rooms. Adjoining did hit mirrors. Wheelchair door was a joke, ran over my foot. Breakfast buffet was way overpriced. Bartender didn't have proper ingredients for their specialty drink, salt on rim instead of toasted coconut and wouldn't give me another drink. Starbucks out of 3 regular items for 4 days we were there. No hot water, accept on 2 occasions. Housekeeper...

We booked a king room listed for four people, but it felt very cramped and more suitable for two.
