”No front entrance if coming from the west best to go past then come in from the east on the frontage road, the back is very steep. ”

”Had a horrible experience at this hotel. My truck was broken into while parked 7 spots away from the main entrance to the hotel lobby. Worst part is there were many other vehicles that had gotten broken into that same night that were also parked in the hotel parking lot. My window was smashed and truck completely ransacked. I was later informed by the front desk, that they have a security guard who works overnight and is on a golf cart patrolling the lot. Come to find out from another employee...

”Very very old , not too clean . The bedding had a strong strong scent of bleach I guess that’s ok to ensure they are clean but not very appealing. The Rio was extremely dark no good lighting at all. Very inconvenient that you had to use your room key for the elevator to work. Give 2 out of 5 stars would not stay again for that price .”
