Enjoy walking and cycling routes from the doorstep, or pop to Delamere Forest and try the ropes at Go Ape, 6.5 miles away. Wild Shore water centre and a falconry centre are within 10 miles. Enjoy the plethora of retail offerings and activities at nearby Blakemere Village (3 miles), head to historic Chester (16 miles), or pop to Tatton Park (16.5 miles) or Arley Hall and gardens (15 miles).

Walk into the utility boot room of this stylish, single-level lodge, and through to the light and bright contemporary kitchen/diner. Enjoy beautiful views from the kitchen window as you rustle up a meal. The elegant table is the perfect setting for a romantic meal; you might even want to open the French doors onto the deck. After dinner, walk through to the spacious lounge with its eye-catching electric fire. Snuggle up on the corner sofa, watch a film on the Smart TV or open the French doors. At night, retreat to the gorgeous double bedroom with an en-suite shower room. There is also a separate dressing room and a second bathroom.

The deck from the lounge leads down to the hot tub. There is an open garden, an enclosed gravel courtyard with a covered area housing dining furniture, a gas BBQ and comfortable seating. There are two furnished deck areas to enjoy the surroundings. In front of the lodge is an enclosed paddock that is safe for off-lead play for your furry friends. Explore the 35 acres of grounds and woodland with an abundance of plants and wildlife, including the springtime displays of daffodils.
