”The room was so dirty, hair in the bath, black mould all round the shower door and bath seal. Literally wiped it and the mould was coming off on tissue. Absolutely disgusting. Complained at reception but haven't had anything back from this. There was also soap in our kettle. Could really do with being redecorated, looked like a leak all down the inside of the windows and all just look shabby and outdated. Would not recommend especially with children I didn't even feel they could play on the...

”Basic normal rooms. Room service was disaster. Recommend to avoid it. Took time and you can get better prepared food everywhere. Location and the hotel itself is beautiful. Nice walks around the hotel area.”

”The staff were attentive and helpful. The restaurant manager was particularly engaging and was largely on her own on Sunday night but managed the restaurant with aplomb. The housekeeping staff were careful to report back quickly that I hadn’t left rings in the bedroom as suspected. I have since found them in the glove compartment of the car.”

”Hotel was full of big dogs, more kennel than hotel. Spa is only available at extra cost. Won’t stay again. ”

”We stayed for a night and had a really lovely time there. We enjoyed their spa facilities and the delicious breakfast! The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. Our 17 year old boys had tons of fun in their games room playing table tennis, snooker and giant kerplunk and also played tennis outside. We will definitely be back to visit! ”

”Hotel is close to the city centre, and is relatively affordable. Room is realky quiet and bed confortable. The personnel is not welcoming or polite: the reception seemed to be more busy with their own tasks than customers. In the breakfast room the personnel on weekdays nice, but during weekend seemingly on bad mood. ”
