”The property was close to town. Which was good. The room lacked a garbage can, other than the tiny one in the bathroom. There were no hand towel holders, which would have been convenient. Also a handheld shower sprayer would be nice. The street noise was very loud. No place to walk the dog.”

”I’m not going into details but we won’t stay there again . I don’t like leaving bad reviews but for the price we paid and the unclean bathtub and broken down furniture and rustled lamps on the room and water on floor we don’t know where it was coming from was enough to make a decision we would not ever go back.”

”Tucked back in the Arkansas rolling hills… is an awesome little B&B. Had never been to a B&B before but thought we’d break our trip up and it was well worth it. Tiffany and Bob have a beautiful place, quiet, calm, peaceful place to step away from the high pace of life. If you are traveling to Hot Springs you should highly consider taking a step outside of town… I know I’ll well be back!”

”Wonderfully maintained old world charming lodge (1920). Very private and quiet. Wonderful chef prepared multi course breakfast. Surrounded by beautiful grounds, shrubs, flowers, trees, and a fountain and waterfall out our window! Family owned and so friendly. Complementary snacks, drinks, coffee - very relaxing adults only place to stay!”

”The staff was nice, but the room was disgusting. Definitely not like the photos. Certain there was bed bugs and plenty of "ladies of the night" walking about naked at night. Do not bring your kids. It is a roof. It is cheap.”

”Great place for the price. Loved the doggy yard! While we appreciate the contactless check-in, we missed having the ability to get a few more towels/toilet paper, etc. Outlets are little loose surely due to age of the place. There’s a bus stop nearby with frequent passerbys. We walked to the donut shop one morning which was a plus. Gas station is walkable also. Beds were comfy enough and kitchenette was helpful! Overall, we would probably like to stay a little closer to the downtown area next...

The location was convenient, although the room could have been better maintained and some areas felt a bit dated. It wasn’t a bad experience, but there is definitely room for improvement. I’d consider staying again if the price was right.”
