”Good. - Room was clean.
Bad- TV was hung from wall with bracket that left it so low my brother was bumping his head. It was not working when we entered the room. After detective work, one of the two extension cords was not connected. It cannot meet code
VERY BAD- Air consider dripped into the bed next to bathroom all night. We had to sleep at the bottom of the bed.

”They are in the process of remodeling. What they have done already is VERY nice. I have stayed in nicer places in my life, but the customer service is absolutely over the top. They do what it takes to have happy travelers. I wish all hotels/motels treated their customers like I was treated for that week.”

”Staying at the Arlington is like stepping back in time! It’s a grand old lady of a hotel!
The bar and the lobby are beautiful; it’s a great place to gather with friends and family. The rooms are clean and comfortable if not exactly modern. The pool and hot tub are nice. And the Arlington is close to a lot of restaurants and other cool places.
There’s nothing at this grand old hotel I was unhappy with. I have stayed there several times, and I intend to stay there again!”
