”The room was pristine, the staff were professional and friendly. The pool was quiet and the areas clean. The food was exceptional, well presented and fresh. Unfortunately i had a fall on our last night outside the theatre, the hotel staff provided ice, towels and couldn't have been more kind and caring for which i am so grateful. The whole stay was very good value. ”

”The room itself was very clean just disappointed with the comfort of the bed and pillows. Bathroom very clean apart from the shower doors needs a lot of attention to the bottom of the doors very unclean. Soap and shower gel in shower very good quality and beautiful smell,overall a good stay and the staff on reception very professional.”

”OK stay. Rooms are a bit dated. Don’t know about suites etc. but if you are searching something more luxurious, this might not to be your selection. Location is excellent. For Crucible visitors this might be the place to stay. It was a pity that ”spa” was only a half of a spa, because only swimming pool was in use. Got the information about that when there was no option to cancel the reservation. The hotel did not compencate for this in any way.”

”All staff courteous and polite, room spotlessly clean, a couple of minor maintenance issues reported such as showers not draining properly but this was dealt with properly. Lovely vibe in the hotel and would definitely stay again if in the area. ”

”Food was beautiful, staff amazing, room modern and spacious with fabulous bathroom, we chose to upgrade to the spa suite, with every penny! Drinks a bit expensive but couldn’t fault our stay!”

”Stayed in one of the suites with a 4 poster and it was lovely. It was in the older part of the hotel so it had great character. Bathroom was large and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good as well. ”
