”Do not stay in the tower suite - they do not clean the room before you check in. Bugs in the bed, on the floor, up the walls. You have to keep the light off to stop the bugs swarming you. Hairs in the bed. Room is like a sauna and way too hot to sleep in, regardless of how many fans the hotel gave you. The shower handle also gets stuck so the water can run into the bedroom. Normal rooms are ok - better than a hot, dirty room with bugs.”

”Perfect place to stay for Bristol trip. Stayed 2 nights and couldn’t fault it. The rooms were spotless, the bed was comfy, and the shower was hot with great pressure. Staff at reception were super friendly and gave us great local food tips. The location made it easy to walk the local retail park and train station in 12 min. Breakfast has everything you need to start the day. Special thanks to customer assistant for her support during checking in. Great value - will book again next time I visit...

”The hotel was a quick walk to Bristol Temple-Meads train station which we used a lot during our stay. The room was clean & comfortable & the nespresso machine was a bonus.”

”Nice hotel that is short walk to the centre. The staff were great and the welcome drink is a nice idea. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was okay, not a huge selection but had all the usual things you would expect. Would happily stay again if I was in the area.”

”Really welcoming staff. There was a few for the car park which did not seem fair. It’s an overnight stop with a comfortable bed. Some issues with water pressure, taps going on and off.”
