Norton-on-Derwent Hotellit

”brilliant place. staff were lovely, very friendly. i needed vegan options for breakfast and they were more than happy to accommodate. great location and easy parking behind the pub. would definitely stay again”

”The hotel is beautiful, well equipped, very nice staff. The location is gorgeous with easy access to the centre of Malton. The room was very nice, clean and spacious. Only negative was mold in the bathroom, apart from that our stay was perfect!”

”We booked this as a last minute booking and wasn't sure ehat we were expecting but wow what a place! Beautifully designed, nice and relaxing. Staff couldnt do enough and great value for the rooms, Breakfast was lovely too! Only 20 minutes away from York City Centre will definitely be staying again”

”Breakfast , parking, staff, cleanliness”

”Room was clean and presentable room smelled nice an fresh when we came back after our day out staff were friendly Valerie was a good host lovely breakfasts each day and great parking at the back well secured loved it”

”What a lovely hotel, the room was lovely and breakfast very good. We ate in the restaurant, the food was very good, service a little slow”

”A warm welcome to a great little place Spacious room ,fantastic shower ,very comfortable bed Superb breakfast Highly recommended”

”Excellent food and very friendly staff”

”The staff were very profesional and very helpful. The hotel was very expensive for the dated decor and chipped paint and cleanliness wasn’t great The furniture was very dated as well.”

”The beds are fantastic as are the pillows. Very comfortable nights sleep.”

”Very rude staff and rooms that are not great for the price they charge. The parking situation is also pretty bad, ended up having to park quite far from the hotel entrance, and with lots of luggage, it was an extra hassle. I'd say spend your money elsewhere.”

”Room was clean and tidy, good amenities especially with the small fridge in the room. Staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast had a good choice and served very quickly. Ample parking at the rear of the building. Good choice of evening meal, only sorry we weren't there on Sunday for the carvery. Great location in a beautiful small village. Would recommend and stay again.”

”Room was big and clean with a lovely bed. Bathroom was ok but looking a bit tired. Parking was easy. Breakfast was great, everything you could want including omlettes. Didnt like the orange juice was more like orange squash. Public areas were modern and clean.”

”Everything was lovely but the food was amazing. I would stay again just for the restaurant.”

”Had a nice stay for our anniversary. Good suggestions for local walks. Wine and food was nice. It was a little disappointing that they did not do anything to mark our 10 year wedding anniversary and we had put a note on our booking. Drinks are quite expensive £6.50 for a pint/£10 for prosseco glass”

”Gem of a hotel Family owned and run, food was top notch, lovely surroundings, peaceful. Will definitely be back and highly recommended it to anyone looking for accommodation in Driffield area.”
