Guests have exclusive use of the entire house, including all three bedrooms, two bathrooms (one ensuite, one family), a extra downstairs WC, living room, kitchen with dining area, and private garden. Free on-site parking for one vehicle is available. Self-check-in is provided via a secure key box.

There’s also a downstairs WC for added convenience.

House Rules:
- No smoking indoors (use outdoor areas & ashtrays provided).
- 1 Pet allowed.
- Please respect the property and leave it as you found it.
- Quiet hours: 9 pm – 8 am (weekdays), 11 pm – 8 am (weekends).

Damages:
We understand accidents happen! Let us know if anything breaks so we can replace it for the next guests. We won’t charge for minor breakages like crockery.

Terms of Stay:
A digitally signed agreement is required for bookings (sent via email) and we ask for ID to be provided.

Extras:
- Travel cot & high chair available for £30 (request 24 hours before check-in).
