Spacious, stylish 4bed home w/patio, garden & parking

Fenn Lane Lodge boasts a spacious & stylish open plan living, kitchen & dining area to share a special weekend with your friends & family.

For warmer months there’s bi-fold doors leading out to a private balcony, this with green views & for colder months it's well equipped with enough space to enjoy a roast dinner with your loved ones.

Just a short drive to High Lodge Thetford; play, run, climb, or cycle around the forest. Scale the treetops & complete the Go Ape treetop challenge.

The property was styled with comfort in mind, sleeping 9 guests (3 double, 1 single & one sofa bed), there is just one level with just a few small steps in & out. The entrance from the front door leads you to a long hallway, and all rooms come off this hallway. There is 3 bedrooms with double beds (one of these has an en-suite with shower & WC) along with a bedroom with a single bed. There are two family bathrooms, one with bath, shower & WC & one with just a shower & WC.

From the road, you make your way down the long drive & fork to the right. There’s parking for multiple cars outside the front of the property, at the back there is a private patio & large lawn. The green space is shared by our 3 smaller holiday lets on the same site, there is enough space for all. A BBQ is provided in the warmer months (please bring your own charcoal).

There are other holiday annexes close by, each designed to be as private as possible. Should you wish to book for a larger group, get in touch!

Property & check in info will be sent by email at 3pm the day before check in.

The cleaning fee covers the preparation of the home for your stay, you will always check in to a clean space with freshly laundered towels and ben linen.

We do have several rules to make sure we keep our properties in the best condition for your arrival -
1. No smoking
2. No pets
3. No parties
4. Use of the woodburner is prohibited
5. No candles

Quiet hours - 10pm - 8am
