”The location was easy to find using satnav and the access is very easy. There is ample parking in a quiet location. An unusual feature is that all rhe rooms are purpose built modern units detached from the much older public house part which also houses the restaurant. There is also a beer garden area with some shade. The benefit of this layout is that there are no staircases or lifts to navigate to get to your room. My room was exceptionally large, and my first impression was how cool it felt...

”Excellent hotel! Excellent staff. I arrived late due to being held up at work so called ahead, the chap on the phone was kind enough to wait 1hr30 past the check-in deadline for me to get there, thank you! Had only booked the single room for 1 night, while the room could be classed as a little snug it was nothing less than very comfortable. The room is very well presented and incredibly clean, bed was super comfy and bathroom was spotless and of a decent size. Paid extra for the Full English...

”I stayed here for 2 nights with my wife. The room was very clean, the garden is well kept and a beautiful place for food and drinks and relaxing in the Norfolk countryside. Breakfast was great, freshly cooked with coffee and fresh orange juice. The wifi was poor and only really worked by reception which was frustrating as there’s also very little phone signal at the location. Plenty of parking”

”Wells next the sea is, as always, simply stunning and unique. The Globe Hotel is well situated in a leafy area of Wells. The room was okay, if a little tired, decor wise ie: paintwork needed touching up, but was clean and well stocked with beverages both hot and cold. The bed was a tad uncomfortable for sleeping, it felt like a well used mattress. On the whole the staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast was well presented with a good choice of hot dishes along with continental food.”
