”Besides everything being extremely tidy and the hospitality of the staff warm and responsive, I loved that the breakfast area didn't have TV monitors screaming the latest tragedies that occurred overnight. Instead, they had peaceful music playing and the local weather being broadcast. It really was such a pleasant contrast to other hotel breakfast spots. Thanks so much for the enjoyable experience!!”

”The side of both beds had obvious signs of fluid stains and something dried and thick on top of the stain. Gross!!! The cord of the hair dryer was caked in dirt/filth. ”

”I noticed upon arrival that there was a spill near the elevator, which appeared to be a large amount of soda. A caution cone had been placed in the area to alert guests. However, the following day, prior to checkout, the cone had been removed, and the floor remained very sticky. Additionally, there was a dirty white towel discarded in the corner, which appeared to have been used to clean the spill.”

”Due to several things. Very disappointed!! Food was good once we got it. At630am the pancakes were served...then 20 min later the eggs came. I was to have a shower tub unit and we checked in went to room and unpacked then we saw we had it no tub shower unit my wife is handicapped and loses balance I did complain but girl said they had 1 only always. Said it very hard to get with just 1. Bummer...wife ended up not bathing. The pool I thought was heated nope freezing even outside.”

”I booked a premium suite with 3 beds through expedia, but when we areive and checked in they checked us into a 2 bed, when I asked for the room we booked they told me to call expedia and that there was nothing they could do about it because it was expedias bad for getting the room code wrong. Furthermore the room we needed was sold out so there was no point in raising the issue any further. The hotel was ok.”

”We have stayed here previously and were satisfied for short stays to see our family in this area. Cost is less than other hotels in this location. It has always been clean but this trip the rooms were noticeably musty and old smelling, it is in desperate need of new carpeting and updates. We requested a change from our first assigned room because of the smell and also the elevator smelled horrible the first time we got on it. We noticed that when the air conditioner was running the room...
