Also on this level, a small kitchen located in the entrance area provides all essential cooking facilities, including an oven, a dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, and an electric coffee machine. The bathroom on this floor is fitted with a shower, bidet, and WC, and the apartment is served by a 50-litre boiler.
