Recently renovated and carefully furnished, it features bright interiors, wrought-iron balconies, and a beautiful private terrace equipped with a dining table and barbecue, perfect for sunny breakfasts, convivial lunches or sunset aperitifs. Away from the tourist bustle yet only a short walk from the historic center, this home is the ideal choice for those who wish to experience the city and the Sicilian atmosphere while enjoying comfort, authenticity and a strategic location.



The accommodation is arranged over two floors connected by an internal staircase. The interior layout offers bright, well-organized spaces designed to ensure comfort and functionality, while maintaining a simple and elegant style that reflects authentic Sicily. The ground floor features a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, illuminated by large French doors facing the street, a bedroom with a queen-size bed and wrought-iron balconies overlooking the quiet residential street, as well as a second bedroom with a single bed and a bathroom. The lower level, which can be accessed via the internal staircase, includes a second living area, a bedroom with a queen-size bed, as well as an additional bathroom.

Among its protected landmarks, you’ll find the Noto Cathedral, the city’s most important Catholic place of worship, and Palazzo Ducezio, which houses the famous Hall of Mirrors. Along the coast, you can visit the Calamosche Beach Nature Reserve, recognized in 2005 as “Italy’s most beautiful beach” for its crystal-clear waters. For lovers of relaxation and the sea, Eastern Sicily and the area surrounding Syracuse offer everything one could wish for. Starting from the ancient Greek city and going south, the best equipped and most beautiful beaches to explore are Minareto, Fanusa, Arenella and Fontane Bianche, whose name derives from the natural sources of fresh water and the particular white color of the sand. Inside the island of Ortigia, moreover, you will find equipped solariums (Zefiro and Nettuno) and a small free beach named Cala Rossa. Moving further south, about 30 km away, we find beautiful unspoiled and impervious beaches, including Calamosche, Vendicari with its Natural Wildlife Oasis and the beautiful San Lorenzo. For culture enthusiasts, definitely see the Greek theater of Syracuse and the entire archaeological park with the Ear of Dionysius, a cave carved into the limestone in the shape of a human ear, the Paolo Orsi Museum, and also the Latomie dei Cappuccini, as well as Ortigia itself with its historical and cultural as well as scenic beauty. Not to be overlooked are Noto, the waterfront with the tuna fishery of Avola, and finally the seaside village of Marzamemi.
